Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the refresh of our internal comms channel structure
Own delivery of a new intranet
Establish content architecture, governance and ownership for the intranet
Evaluate external intranet platforms
Identify opportunities to embed AI across comms and the intranet
Contribute to companywide internal comms
Support comms plans for key business priorities and change initiatives
Act as a trusted comms advisor to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in internal communications within a fast-moving, international business, ideally within tech
Practical experience designing, launching or significantly refreshing an intranet
Solid understanding of information architecture, governance, content ownership and adoption
Experience evaluating intranet or digital employee experience platforms and making confident recommendations
Strong project management skills
Ability to own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
Practical, delivery-focused approach
Experience working closely with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Genuine curiosity about AI
Experience using Slack as part of an internal comms mix is helpful
