Market Research and AI Transformation Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead quantitative market research projects from brief through to delivery
- Own and evolve key reporting outputs
- Analyse and interpret data independently and with teams
- Identify opportunities to use AI-led approaches
- Work closely with Senior Brand Managers and wider Marketing teams
- Manage third-party research suppliers
- Proactively spot opportunities for research to shape decisions
- Support non-research colleagues with self-service projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant hands-on experience in a market research role
- Strong quantitative research capability
- Experience implementing or experimenting with AI-led approaches
- Confidence designing research methodologies and writing surveys
- Ability to combine multiple data sources into a coherent story
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional partners
- Bonus points for multi-market research experience
