About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary technical point of contact for Spanish rail partners
Lead technical discussions with external partners
Define and drive product and engineering priorities
Negotiate enhancements to partner capabilities
Use data and insight to inform prioritisation and decision-making
Analyse requirements and ensure dependencies are clearly identified
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams
Own and maintain clear documentation of technical requirements
Navigate and influence a complex stakeholder landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluency in Spanish and English (essential)
Strong understanding of APIs and technical integrations
Experience engaging in technical discussions
Strong analytical and data skills (e.g. SQL)
Familiarity with GitLab or GitHub is a plus
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau is beneficial
Proven ability to manage external partners and complex stakeholder environments
Familiarity with software development concepts
Experience working within European rail - particularly the Spanish rail market is desirable but not necessary
