About the role

  • Collaborate closely with the CRM Operations and CRM Tech teams
  • Develop and manage the CRM campaign roadmap
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Write detailed briefs to direct copy, design, segmentation, testing and personalisation
  • Lead on CRM projects within the team
  • Support the continuous improvement of our CRM strategy
  • Report on campaign performance
  • Use insights and learnings to build plans for continuously improved communications
  • Maintain detailed documentation of campaign plans, processes, and outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience working within a CRM function in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of CRM and retention concepts
  • Familiarity with major CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign is a plus
  • Comfortable working in campaign planning and ideation rather than hands-on technical execution
  • Passionate about customer retention and delivering engaging, relevant customer communications
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across functions
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, multi-location team environment
  • Intellectually curious, passionate and always looking for new opportunities
  • French language skills are desirable but not essential
