About the role

  • Supports account leadership by managing client deliverables, asset flow, and project timelines.
  • Provides proactive support to account leadership, ensuring all team members are equipped with necessary resources and updates.
  • Assists in delivering presentations and assets to clients, maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
  • Manages the intake, tracking, and organization of all client-supplied assets to ensure adherence to project scope and timelines.
  • Opens, closes, and monitors the status of all projects, keeping team members informed on progress and deadlines.
  • Delegates assets and essential information to design, photo, planning, and production teams, facilitating efficient project flow.
  • Maintains project oversight throughout its lifespan, ensuring quality control aligns with client expectations and project requirements.
  • Schedules all internal and external meetings, providing clear and concise updates to keep the team engaged and aligned.
  • Disseminates critical information across teams, fostering clear communication and engagement.
  • Supports billing requests, tracks invoices, and ensures accurate administrative documentation.
  • Collaborates with the Planning team to monitor project-specific resource availability, adjusting plans as necessary.

Requirements

  • Some experience in customer service and supporting a multiple projects/tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, having forethought to plan ahead.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of latest OSX operating systems.
  • Meticulous, result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process.
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors and internal team.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Consistent follow-through, ability to traffic communication and ensure project accuracy.
  • A positive demeanor while under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Takes direction and constructive feedback well and can perform assigned tasks promptly and productively.
  • 1-3 years of related account management experience.
  • Agency experience, a plus.
