Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (HR diploma or in progress is a bonus!)
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience—you know your stuff!
- Proven track record of building proactive sourcing strategies that deliver results.
- Tech-savvy and social media smart—bonus points for ATS experience.
- Confident negotiator with experience in salary discussions.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and a can-do attitude.
- Quick thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Able to juggle multiple roles and priorities like a pro.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS tools.
- Stellar communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Benefits
Comp & perks- Contract Duration: Contract to cover a maternity leave until October 2026, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role depending on business needs and individual performance.
