Key responsibilities & impact

Own profitable growth across our Amazon business
Drive revenue growth, profitability, organic ranking, advertising performance, conversion optimization, promotional strategy, and marketplace health
Work cross-functionally with various teams to identify growth opportunities
Lead product-level business planning and develop execution strategies
Improve product visibility and organic ranking through data-driven strategies
Optimize customer experience and conversion performance with creative teams
Monitor marketplace health and proactively resolve issues
Build scalable processes and reporting frameworks
Present business recommendations to senior leadership
Identify automation and AI opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplace businesses
Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, TACOS, ACOS, CVR, AOV, BSR, organic ranking, and contribution margin
Proven ability to diagnose product-level performance and identify growth opportunities
Experience managing agencies and external partners
Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills
Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reporting
Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment
