About the role
- Own the full payroll cycle (pre-closing to payment) for local employees.
- Calculate gross-to-net salaries, social charges, and tax liabilities.
- Validate external payroll data and ensure 100% accuracy before processing.
- Manage end-to-end payroll for remote teams, including reimbursements and fee calculations.
- Execute rigorous mid-cycle and final payroll audits.
- Prepare monthly payroll projections to support Finance planning.
Requirements
- Mathematical Accuracy: Exceptional ability to handle complex formulas for remote fee structures and local tax brackets.
- Audit mindset: You don't just "input" data; you "control" it. You must be able to spot anomalies in large datasets before they reach the payment stage.
- Process Documentation: Ability to manage "Salary Macros" and maintain the logic behind these tools to ensure continuity.
- English: Upper intermediate
