About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Pipeline ownership: You independently drive our new-client pipeline with maximum drive and take full operational responsibility for New Business.
  • Lead activation: You pick up inbound leads from our marketing channels and, with your hunter mentality, turn them into real, high-quality opportunities.
  • Needs-based consulting: You analyze potential partners' digital bottlenecks in detail — we solve customers' real pain points instead of pushing standard packages.
  • Process management: You lead discovery conversations at decision-maker level and ensure a seamless, context-rich handover of qualified opportunities to our closers.
  • Smart outreach: You design and optimize, together with the team, new approaches and outreach funnels to warm up target customers and continuously activate them.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial sales experience: You have at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or in a demanding, high-performance agency or startup environment.
  • High drive: You possess a strong success mentality, self-motivation, and want to actively move things forward in New Business rather than just manage them.
  • Strong communication skills: You persuade decision makers through competence, active listening and a confident, peer-level presence rather than through classic sales phrases.
  • Determination: You don't want to do classic cold calling, but you have the absolute will to turn lukewarm interest into real deals.
  • Language skills: You have fluent German and good English.
