About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take full ownership for building our new client pipeline
  • You develop and optimize new approaches and campaign concepts
  • You proactively engage with inbound opportunities generated
  • You consult clients in a fully needs-focused manner
  • You manage the qualification process at decision-maker level and hand opportunities over to our closer team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 1–2 years of solid practical experience in sales, business development, or consulting
  • You are highly motivated and have a genuine hunter mentality
  • You understand how to warm up B2B decision-makers through content and smart touchpoints
  • You love digging deep to identify the real pain points of companies
  • You present yourself confidently, clearly, and competently at decision-maker level
  • You have excellent German and good English skills.
