About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You take full ownership for building our new client pipeline
- You develop and optimize new approaches and campaign concepts
- You proactively engage with inbound opportunities generated
- You consult clients in a fully needs-focused manner
- You manage the qualification process at decision-maker level and hand opportunities over to our closer team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 1–2 years of solid practical experience in sales, business development, or consulting
- You are highly motivated and have a genuine hunter mentality
- You understand how to warm up B2B decision-makers through content and smart touchpoints
- You love digging deep to identify the real pain points of companies
- You present yourself confidently, clearly, and competently at decision-maker level
- You have excellent German and good English skills.
