Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for sales: You’re enthusiastic about modern B2B sales — your drive is to make the underlying processes smarter, faster, and more digital.
  • First practical experience: Ideally you’ve already taken initial steps in sales, business development, or operations (e.g., through internships or previous jobs).
  • Tech & automation enthusiast: You love complex processes and have a deep passion for the interaction between automation and artificial intelligence.
  • Ownership: You don’t wait for tasks — you spot gaps in the system, take initiative, and build the appropriate playbook.
  • Online marketing understanding: You bring solid foundational knowledge in online marketing.
  • CRM basics: Initial experience with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a big plus but not mandatory — as long as you have a quick aptitude for digital systems.
  • Language skills: You speak fluent German and good English.
