About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • New Business Ownership: You are fully responsible for New Business — from the initial lead source through to the clean handover to the closers.
  • Pipeline Building & Lead Gen: You are responsible for building our new-customer pipeline via cold outreach, networking, trade shows and partner contacts, identifying the right target customers according to our ICP.
  • Qualification & Discovery: You initiate new opportunities, conduct discovery conversations at decision-maker level, and determine which opportunities have real potential.
  • Handover to the Closers: You ensure that qualified opportunities reach our closers with the necessary context and support the process through to conversion.
  • Forecasting & Control: You keep the pipeline and forecast under control, providing the reliable basis on which we manage New Business.
  • Standards & CRM: You further develop our qualification and discovery standards and keep the pipeline in the CRM transparent and reliable at all times.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mindset & Drive: You think quickly and in a structured way, can work through complex situations and are motivated to win — a high variable pay component is an incentive for you, not a risk.
  • Ambition & Responsibility: You want real ownership from day one and a role where you can grow quickly and take on responsibility.
  • 1–2 Years in a Results-Driven Environment: Experience in consulting, sales, a startup or a similarly demanding environment where you learned to dig in and deliver.
  • Strong Communicator: You persuade at decision-maker level through clarity and presence rather than sales clichés, and you approach people confidently.
  • Hands-on & Persistent: Cold outreach, calls and actively opening doors do not deter you — you approach target customers like a case to solve.
  • Fast Learner: You pick up new topics quickly and make tools and processes (CRM, sales automation) your own in short order.
  • First Experience or Eagerness: Either 1–2 years in sales, consulting or another performance-intensive environment, or an ambitious career-changer with a clear determination to succeed in New Business.
  • Language Skills: Business-fluent German (negotiation level) and good English.
