Key responsibilities & impact

Creative-first mindset: Develop data-driven creative strategies for performance marketing
Formulate hypotheses, test them systematically, and derive new ad ideas
Spot trends and leverage them strategically for paid social campaigns
Act as the strategic interface between design, copy, media, and data
Actively shape and position the Creative Strategy function for the long term

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in areas such as creative strategy, social ads, paid social, or digital campaigning
Strong understanding of target audiences
Ability to extract relevant insights and translate them into targeted, creative, high-performing messages
Good sense for creative performance
Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta (and others)
Enjoy working with large accounts
Team player with proactivity and an understanding of broader business contexts
Fluent German and good command of English
