About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategy Lead: You design end-to-end multichannel strategies and translate client goals into clear plans so teams can focus on delivering measurable results.
- Growth Initiatives: You identify opportunities and synergies across the channel mix and set the strategic direction to scale your clients’ performance.
- Stakeholder & Interface Management: As the primary contact for clients, you capture objectives precisely, translate them into actionable tasks for the team, and manage all touchpoints to ensure speed and trust.
- Client Advisory: You establish clear expectations and collaborate with clients on an equal footing so strategic decisions can be made quickly and with confidence.
- Project Roadmap: You carefully plan timelines and responsibilities to ensure smooth campaign launches.
- Analysis: You review setups, interpret dashboards, draw actionable learnings, and make each iteration noticeably better.
- Project Team Lead: You lead our specialists through clear delegation and goal-setting to maximize impact for our brands.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house) and develop strategies that deliver.
- You work backward from objectives, set clear priorities, and keep complex setups rigorously on track.
- You structure projects precisely, maintain thorough documentation, and create focus for all stakeholders.
- You understand the levers in social channels and Google Ads and coordinate them confidently.
- You provide clarity for teams and clients—transparent, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- You spot opportunities, test hypotheses boldly, and develop repeatable playbooks.
- You speak excellent German and good English.
