Key responsibilities & impact

Strategy: You are the mastermind behind our clients’ organic social media concepts and have full ownership of the strategy.
Client consulting with impact: You’re not just an implementer — you advise our clients as a partner, provide strategic input, and demonstrate how we can achieve even greater results together.
Trend scouting: You identify viral mechanics on TikTok and Instagram before they become mainstream and adapt them for high-end brands.
KPI reporting: You measure success not only in likes but also derive data-driven recommendations for strategic development.
Content creation: You develop bold content hypotheses and oversee the production of assets that emotionally resonate and drive interaction.
Mentoring: You actively share your expert knowledge with the team to sustainably maintain our quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: You bring at least 3–5 years of solid hands-on experience in social media management, ideally on the agency side.
Strategic strength: You know how to grow brands organically and are eager to take full responsibility for that process.
Consulting skills: You enjoy engaging with clients and can present your ideas convincingly and with professional competence.
Trend sense: You live social media in your private and professional life and know exactly which hook works on which platform.
Mentor mindset: You enjoy passing on your knowledge and supporting others in their professional development.
Language skills: Fluent German and good English.
