  • Attention to detail: You work precisely, document thoroughly and ensure quality from setup to reporting.
  • Drive for innovation: You're eager to try new approaches, boldly test creatives and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
  • Team player: You advise clients at eye level and keep all stakeholders—internal and external—well informed.
  • Language skills: You have native-level German and good English.
