About the role

  • You set visual standards and act as the final sparring partner for outstanding creative work that is perfectly tailored to the target audience through Dynamic Creative Optimization.
  • You drive the development of scalable, data-driven video templates, linking creative excellence with dynamic content.
  • You implement tools for automated video production to enable highly personalized campaigns at the push of a button.
  • You have your team’s back, optimize workflows and prioritize sharply to maintain world-class quality.
  • You establish innovative workflows for faster iterations and lead your team into the future of content creation.
  • You refine our creative portfolio and develop formats that sustainably increase the impact and customer engagement of our international brands.
  • You implement playbooks and review processes to minimize friction and ensure consistent “wow” moments.

Requirements

  • You bring several years of experience in creative roles and have successfully led teams through complex projects.
  • You are passionate about the technical side of creation — especially data-driven video production and automated workflows.
  • You speak the language of creatives and data analysts and know how to translate performance data into dynamic video assets.
  • You understand the mechanics of an agency — for you, profitability is the foundation for creative freedom.
  • You are highly enthusiastic about AI and new technologies and translate trends into the team so everyone benefits.
  • You coach on equal terms, are a rock of support and promote the development of the team.
  • You are familiar with the processes of graphic and video production and can confidently evaluate setups and budgets.
  • You speak native-level German and very good English.
