About the role
- Brand-Building: You stage brands on Meta & TikTok so they stick — emotionally strong, strategically grounded, and channel-precise.
- Campaign Strategy: You plan upper-funnel campaigns and connect them to offline effects when needed.
- Impact: You measure success not by CPMs but by impact KPIs like brand lift and incrementality.
- Audiences: You dive into new segments and markets and recognize cultural nuances.
- Social Ads: You run Meta & TikTok with clear hypotheses, iterative creative tests and clean setups to achieve scalable results.
- Meta: You use Advantage+, build strong signals and get more out of every euro of media budget.
- TikTok: You focus on content that excites, plan creator partnerships and test hooks.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance and brand — ideally in the social environment with Meta and TikTok.
- You work precisely, document thoroughly and ensure quality — from setup to reporting.
- You’re eager for new things, test hypotheses boldly and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
- You interpret dashboards into actionable recommendations, spot patterns and prioritize measures with measurable impact.
- You proactively share knowledge, advise clients as equals and keep everyone properly in the loop.
- Native-level German and good English.
