About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technical strategy and roadmap of the Hub unit, including prioritization and alignment of three teams as a single platform
- Manage the team leads of UDF, UDF Storage, and DevOps/SRE, including development, goal setting, feedback, and growth
- Own platform reliability, including SLO/SLA, availability, latency, on-call culture, incident reviews, and incident reduction
- Develop the Disaster Recovery / BCP direction, including RTO/RPO, dual-hub and recovery scenarios, and readiness checks
- Own capacity planning and scaling, and operations on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- Run hiring, performance reviews, grade and compensation justifications, and engineer development
- Work with product and adjacent clusters to build cross-team coordination
- Improve development and delivery processes, planning, metrics, quality, and requirements management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing engineering teams, ideally team leads/managers across several teams
- Strong backend background and experience with distributed systems
- Experience with high-load, low-latency services in production
- Understanding of SRE practices, including SLO/SLA, observability, incident management, and on-call
- Confident work with Kubernetes and cloud/container infrastructure
- Ability to build hiring, review, and engineer growth processes
- Systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity and prioritization
- Working-level Russian and English for internal communication and documentation
- Experience in finance or trading domain (plus)
- Familiarity with TradingView as a product (plus)
- Hands-on experience with DR planning and capacity profiling (plus)
- Experience consolidating or reorganizing several teams into a single unit (plus)
- Familiarity with the listed technology stack (plus)
