About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the administration of Group entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide administrative support to other teams within Group Legal (including commercial, regulatory, data protection and disputes) as required.
  • Prepare and distribute Board and Committee packs.
  • Draft Board and Committee agendas.
  • Prepare first drafts of Board and Committee minutes.
  • Assist with drafting shareholder resolutions, written resolutions and routine corporate documentation.
  • Manage correspondence and coordination with external counsel, notaries, registered agents and corporate service providers, including invoice tracking.
  • Assist with drafting and maintaining Board and Committee Terms of Reference.
  • Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
  • Support e-signature workflows (e.g. DocuSign) and maintain the legal team's filing and document management systems.
  • Support KYB requests by collating corporate documents.
  • Assist with responses to audit, regulatory and internal information requests.
  • Liaise with directors, senior stakeholders and external advisers to coordinate governance activities.
  • Coordinate document execution, certification, notarisation and apostille requirements.
  • Maintain governance templates and precedent documents.
  • Support company secretarial filings and corporate projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Legal team.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Group Company Secretary, Legal Counsel or Group Chief Legal Officer.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong legal academic background (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable experience or exposure to corporate governance, company secretarial work, or transactional corporate matters.
  • Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes and basic anti-money laundering frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent and well-spoken English.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written English.
  • Discreet, reliable, and proactive.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and legal professional privilege.
  • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional group structures and cross-border corporate matters.
  • Interest in fintech, capital markets, or digital investing.
