About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You build and ship end-to-end features across backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React)
You design and implement AI-driven product capabilities (e.g. agentic workflows, AI-assisted features)
You work close to the customer, investigating and resolving user issues first hand
You take ownership of features from idea to production and iteration
You improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability
You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to solve real logistics problems
You contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning
You support and unblock other engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails & React)
Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end with high ownership
Pragmatic mindset with a strong balance of speed and quality
Experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
Product mindset with a focus on user value
Fluent in English
Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS environments
Nice to have: Experience with customer integration projects
Nice to have: Background in the logistics industry
Nice to have: German
