About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You define the product vision and strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team and coordinate cross-team collaboration.
- You drive AI-powered product development and explore innovative ways to create value for our customers using AI and to further develop our product vision.
- You assess the commercial viability and market potential of new features based on project results and product metrics.
- You are responsible for product discovery and solution development and empower your team to implement features based on validated customer insights, data-driven decisions and clearly defined business value.
- You work closely with engineering and design teams, other product managers, the founders and the go-to-market team to advance product development and ensure high-quality releases.
- You measure the impact on customer and business outcomes and continuously optimize KPIs and processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in product management of B2B SaaS products.
- Excellent understanding of product discovery, delivery and management processes.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, production or relevant consulting in these industries is an advantage.
- Proven strong experience in customer discovery and design sprints.
- Curiosity about AI technologies, initial hands-on experience with AI-based products or features, and a willingness to continuously develop in this area.
- Strong strategic and operational mindset and passion for achieving organizational goals.
- Very good and confident communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in data analysis, defining metrics, and interpreting and measuring results.
