About the role

  • You will further develop our new-business strategy for Mid-Market and Enterprise — with a clear focus on scalability and closing strength.
  • You take ownership of pipeline quality, forecast stability, and a pragmatic, functioning sales process.
  • You build a high-performing, tightly integrated BDM (Business Development Manager) and AE (Account Executive) structure and continuously evolve it.
  • You coach our Account Executives hands-on in real deals: understand the buying center, sharpen deal narratives, and challenge closing strategies. You also stabilize and structure the Business Development Managers.
  • You work closely with Marketing on demand generation, messaging, and go-to-market experiments.
  • You recognize patterns in customer interactions and translate market insights into concrete improvements for Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • You are present in decisive deals, inject momentum, and represent us confidently to enterprise customers, partners, and at events.

Requirements

  • Several years of proven sales experience in the Mid-Market and Enterprise environment.
  • You have navigated complex buying centers and know how to win long sales cycles.
  • You are a true operator: hands-on, pragmatic, and close to the customer.
  • Strong coaching mindset: you develop people and make teams measurably better.
  • You have demonstrably increased pipeline quality and output in previous roles.
  • You bring structure to dynamic environments without creating unnecessary processes.
  • You present confidently at the senior level and can credibly represent the company externally.
  • You think cross-functionally and work closely with Marketing.
  • You are ambitious, resilient, and want to make a visible impact.
