About the role

  • You define the product vision and strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team and coordinate cross-functional cooperation.
  • You drive AI-powered product development and explore innovative ways to create customer value with AI and advance our product vision.
  • You assess the business viability and market potential of new features based on project outcomes and product metrics.
  • You own Product Discovery and solution development and enable your team to deliver features based on validated customer insights, data-driven decisions, and clearly defined business value.
  • You work closely with engineering and design teams, other product managers, the founders, and the go-to-market team to advance product development and ensure high-quality releases.
  • You measure the impact on customer and business outcomes and continuously optimize KPIs and processes.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS products.
  • Excellent understanding of product discovery, delivery, and management processes.
  • Curiosity about AI technologies, initial hands-on experience with AI-based products or features, and a willingness to continuously develop expertise in this area.
  • Strong strategic and operational mindset and a passion for achieving organizational goals.
  • Very good and confident communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience in data analysis, defining metrics, and interpreting and measuring results.
