About the role
- Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives
- Conduct trader interviews and analyze user data to gather feedback
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams
- Write detailed product requirements and manage feature prioritization
- Drive continuous improvement of the trading platform and trader dashboard
- Leverage analytics andA/B testing to measure product success
- Own the end-to-end trader journey and enhance user experience
- Stay updated on fintech trends and competitor products
- Present product updates to leadership and manage expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or trading platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- User-centric mindset with experience conducting user research
- Technical literacy to collaborate with engineering teams
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
