About the role
- Plan, launch, and scale integrated campaigns across search, social, display, and audio.
- Forecast spend, manage pacing by channel/geo/audience, and protect efficiency.
- Build and run structured test roadmaps, document learnings, and operationalize wins.
- Own conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, events, and build dashboards in Looker Studio and GA4.
- Partner with Creative, Web, Sales/RevOps, Data, and external agencies.
- Design and maintain scalable operating systems integrating AI, implement QA checklists and guardrails.
- Deliver weekly pacing updates and executive-ready narratives; present forecasts and models.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on paid media experience (minimum 5-7 years) owning multi-channel campaigns.
- Direct ownership of at least 4 of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising/Bing, X (Twitter) Ads, Reddit Ads, Spotify Ads Manager.
- Proven track record managing $5M+ per year in aggregate paid media spend while meeting or beating CAC/ROAS targets.
- Expert in Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Google Analytics 4, plus experience with at least one user-level analytics platform (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap).
- Strong understanding of machine-learning bidding strategies (e.g., tROAS, tCPA, Maximize Conversions/Value).
- Demonstrated competence in forecasting, scenario modeling, and channel-level P&L management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
