About the role
- Support comprehensive data analysis initiatives for trading operations and risk assessment
- Assist in developing forecasting models and performance evaluation frameworks
- Contribute to automated reporting systems and real-time monitoring solutions
- Help analyze trader performance metrics and payout risk assessments
- Support competitive analysis and market research activities
- Collaborate on data visualization projects using Tableau and other analytics tools
Requirements
- Strong programming skills (willingness to learn Python)
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools (preferred)
- Deep understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and the needs of retail and professional traders (preferred)
- Experience with trading platforms, brokerage systems, or financial technology products (preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS) and automation tools (preferred)
