About the role
- Establish the presence of Metapic on the markets
- Manage the local team of experts (Campaign Management and Sales) in order to develop the existing advertisers and reach new business
- Identify and Acquire New Clients in cooperation with the Sales Manager, including brands, agencies, and companies looking to leverage influencer and performance marketing for their campaigns
- Research and prospect potential clients, partners, and market segments to uncover new revenue streams
- Lead Negotiations and Close Deals in cooperation with the Sales Manager and the Campaign Manager: drive the full sales cycle, including presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals
- Use CRM Tools to Manage the Sales Pipeline: forecast revenues, and provide regular updates on progress and results to leadership
- Represent Metapic Within Your Network: act as a trusted ambassador within your industry network, showcasing the agency's expertise in influencer marketing and campaign measurement to build trust and credibility
- Represent Metapic at Events: attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: partner with internal teams (e.g., campaign managers, product) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and alignment with client expectations
- Help Shape the Future of Metapic Mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience on the team leader position in Affiliate/ Digital/ Influencer Marketing industry
- Has analytical skills, because we work mainly with data
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and metrics to understand the business
- Understands the challenges of e-commerce and has experience in affiliate marketing
- Business-level English, because we communicate in international groups every day
- Experience in launching a new company on the market will be an advantage.
