About the role

  • Develop and lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts to assist in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.
  • Generate regular financial reports for executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to continually evaluate ROI and optimize spend.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of potential M&A opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software, Salesforce, QuickBooks)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • MBA or CFA preferred
  • Prior experience within a private equity-backed company preferred
  • Prior work experience within a SaaS organization preferred
