About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B brand and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and long-term growth for multiple clients.
  • Own and maintain a unified marketing calendar across multiple channels and teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated social strategies, content plans, and launch new marketing channels.
  • Translate market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights into clear positioning and actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide copywriting and creative strategy support across marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging.
  • Deliver thought leadership and tailored marketing solutions that address client needs and drive measurable business impact.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for industry events.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, collaborating closely with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Support projects end-to-end, from concept through execution, managing timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor the retail media ecosystem, including AdTech innovation and privacy regulations, to ensure the brand stays ahead of industry shifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or brand management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proven history of creating or managing content
  • Experience standing up and managing corporate social channels preferred (LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, etc.)
  • Business to business (B2B) marketing experience preferred
