About the role
- Develop and execute TradeQuo’s market penetration and growth strategy for South Africa, aligned with the company’s global objectives.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing local sales team to deliver measurable results.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key local partners, brokers, affiliates, and financial institutions to drive expansion and revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client acquisition, retention, and tailored trading solutions.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
- Partner with global teams in marketing, product, and customer experience to ensure local strategy execution and consistent brand alignment.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Established relationships within the South African forex, financial trading, or fintech sectors.
- Proven experience managing or building sales teams and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business judgment, negotiation ability, and commercial mindset.
- Highly results-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
