About the role
- Execute localized marketing strategies and tactics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth.
- Plan and manage events, including trade shows, webinars, in-person activations, and strategic partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to ensure alignment and maximize impact of field marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B field marketing, event management, or trade show execution, preferably in industrial or technical industries.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense to ensure events are visually appealing and align with brand standards.
- Quick-thinking and adaptable, with the ability to manage unexpected challenges and last-minute changes.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to support account-based marketing initiatives.
- Willingness to travel for events and on-site activations.
