Growth Marketing

• Own Tractian’s growth strategy and the core systems that power our go-to-market (GTM) engine in Brazil.
• Lead the teams for Paid Media, Web Development, SEO, Content, Lifecycle, Digital Marketing, and Inbound Pre-Sales.
• Design and scale the programs, technology stack, and data infrastructure that generate a qualified pipeline, optimize CAC, and drive measurable new-logo and revenue growth.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director, CEO, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment on growth strategies.
• Build clear reporting for CAC, pipeline, revenue attribution, and experiment results.
• Manage the Inbound Pre-Sales team to improve response times, lead qualification, and handoff quality.
