About the role
- Design and run Tracksuit’s global operating engine - connecting strategy, planning, finance, legal and execution.
- Lead our company AI strategy, supporting leaders and teams to reshape work and drive efficiency.
- Create clarity, rhythm, and accountability across the organisation.
- Sit on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as the integrator between vision and execution.
- Champion what it truly means to be a brand believer, turning brand health measures into meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
- A seasoned operational leader with experience scaling global, multi market organisations - ideally in SaaS, tech, or high growth environments.
- Equally comfortable in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational execution.
- An integrator who thrives on connecting dots, simplifying complexity and enabling teams to execute brilliantly.
- A systems thinker who loves creating clarity and rhythm without adding unnecessary process or bureaucracy.
