About the role

  • Mechanical development, assembly and wiring/soldering of “bed of nails” test fixtures for future products
  • Development of test scripts in NI TestStand, Python, C# and working with database concepts such as SQL and Watts for statistical data analysis
  • Hands-on measuring with equipment like signal generators and digital oscilloscopes for signal analysis and circuit debugging
  • Participate in layout of simple printed PCBs used in test fixtures, from schematics to circuit debugging and verification
  • Collaborate with R&D teams and future EMS suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and implement improvements to optimize quality and production yield
  • Close working relationship with in-house production, mechanical & electrical engineers in R&D hardware, tracking, software, supply chain, and management

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience, preferably within electronics manufacturing and design-for-manufacturing
  • Advanced user in Python
  • Advanced user in NI TestStand
  • Advanced user in C#
  • Knowledge of database concepts such as SQL
  • Familiarity with statistical data analysis (Watts mentioned)
  • Experience with RF measurements in the GHz range
  • Experience in design & construction of test equipment
  • Ability to read and understand schematics
  • Awareness of Camera & Optics (focal length, aperture, depth of field)
  • Experience implementing test equipment at EMS suppliers and transferring test data between sites (plus)
  • PCB layout experience is a plus
  • Willingness to work closely with other engineers and R&D teams
  • Outgoing, structured and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English required
