About the role
- Onboard new clients
- Provide 1:1 online demos, client training and webinars
- Manage sales opportunities
- Build relationships with clients to deeply understand their needs
- Supervise the support process and quality
- Supervise the onboarding process
- Lead help and training content creation
- Define quality processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Present Customer Retention KPI
- Present Customer Churn KPI
- Present Insights on how to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product Marketing bringing customer insights
Requirements
- English level: Bilingual
- At least 3 years of experience as CSM or a related position
- At least 3 years of experience working in SaaS
- At least 6 years of related work experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Highly organized
