About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions for customers and partners.**
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and video tutorials.**
- Adapt training approaches based on audience needs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.**
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve training content and delivery.**
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams to align training with customer needs and product updates.**
- Assist in the development of self-paced learning modules and certification programs.**
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the product, keeping up to date with new features and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in customer training, instructional design, or technical education.**
- Experience delivering training in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.**
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.**
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts.**
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.**
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.**
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.
