SMB Account Executive
Trackforce Valiant + TrackTikSMB Account Executive at Trackforce transforming physical security operations management across global markets. Responsible for driving sales and managing client portfolios in North America.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assume and meet an annual new-business quota while managing a portfolio of accounts within your assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, generating a significant pipeline independently in addition to opportunities provided by Marketing.
- Expand existing accounts by introducing additional modules, increasing the number of users, sites, and geographic regions, and execute multi-year renewals and upsell initiatives.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline with consistent adherence to MEDDPICC qualification standards and rigorous Salesforce management, ensuring all activities, opportunities, and forecasts are current and accurate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB customer stakeholders throughout the sales cycle and post-close, demonstrating professionalism and business expertise.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience with quota responsibility, ideally in the SMB or commercial segment.
- Experience combining new customer acquisition and existing revenue growth (expansion).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to generate your own pipeline: strong prospecting skills with experience in full, high-volume sales cycles.
- Proficiency in the MEDDPICC qualification methodology or an equivalent framework.
- Excellent communication, needs discovery, and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Based in Montreal, Quebec, or willing to work there.
- Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
