About the role
- Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, and leadership effectiveness.
- Coach managers to elevate performance and engagement.
- Lead high-risk ER cases with discretion and legal awareness.
- Partner with counsel on sensitive matters and establish consistent ER standards.
- Drive org changes, restructures, and talent planning.
- Conduct diagnostics and action plans for culture and retention.
- Design strategic people initiatives, interpret engagement data, and champion inclusion and psychological safety.
- Use analytics to guide decisions on team health, risk, and workforce trends.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with demonstrated success in a People Partner or equivalent advisory role.
- Strong experience in complex employee relations, manager coaching, and influencing senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change in high-growth or global tech environments.
- Working knowledge of employment law across multiple regions (US, Canada, Poland preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability; able to use data to guide and influence decisions.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and executive presence.
- Ability to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of judgment.
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS (HiBob), reporting, and employee experience systems.
