About the role
- Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, and align investments with company objectives.
- Advocate for the optimal customer experience through empathy, data analysis, and direct customer engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to guide product direction.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and GTM teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Apply deep understanding of SaaS business models, GTM strategies, and financial metrics to product decisions.
- Leverage a solid understanding of the technology platform to work effectively with technical teams.
- Manage complex product and project initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery of R&D milestones.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, with a track record in mature product lifecycle management.
- Strong experience in project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Pendo, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or equivalents).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across technical and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
