Manage the implementation of data for assigned projects.
Work closely with project teams and clients to ensure seamless data conversion processes.
Develop and document workflows, processes, and best practices for data conversion.
Proactively identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and data transformation software to manipulate and migrate data.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy throughout the migration process.
Train and lead the team on best practices and technical solutions for data conversion and transformation.
Assign new projects to team members.
Manage data timelines and deliverables.
Provide reporting and metrics for data imports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of hands on experience in data conversion, data migration, or a related role PLUS 1-3 years experience owning projects or leading implementations
Led multiple full lifecycle migrations
Been the escalation point at least informally
Written production-level SQL regularly
Scoped or contributed to integration projects
Communicated directly with clients
Experience maintaining data integrity while migrating and transforming data, a must.
Experience owning the data migration/import from start to finish from multiple data sources, a PLUS!
