About the role

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce platform configurations, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
  • Implement and maintain automation tools like workflows, process builders, and flows.
  • Perform data imports, exports, and data quality management.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security.
  • Provide day-to-day support to users, addressing issues and training team members as needed.
  • Create and update documentation for automations and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Test and validate system changes to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce platform updates and recommend best practices.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) (not required but highly desirable).

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST/SOAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud preferred.
  • Exposure to or interest in Salesforce CPQ preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Asana is a plus.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) preferred.
