About the role
- Act as the first line of support for Sales and Marketing teams
- Deliver fast and reliable help with day-to-day operational and technical requests
- Resolving issues across the RevTech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Hubspot, and related tools)
- Creating records upon request: contacts, accounts, opportunities, etc.
- Building ad-hoc Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau reports
- Assist the team with operational tasks, including data validation, cleanup, and bulk updates
- Take ownership of requests, driving them from intake to resolution while ensuring a high-quality user experience and quality
Requirements
- Readiness to work to support US teams in the Pacific through Eastern time zones
- Strong written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Support is a plus
- Working experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred
