About the role

  • Act as the first line of support for Sales and Marketing teams
  • Deliver fast and reliable help with day-to-day operational and technical requests
  • Resolving issues across the RevTech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Hubspot, and related tools)
  • Creating records upon request: contacts, accounts, opportunities, etc.
  • Building ad-hoc Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau reports
  • Assist the team with operational tasks, including data validation, cleanup, and bulk updates
  • Take ownership of requests, driving them from intake to resolution while ensuring a high-quality user experience and quality

Requirements

  • Readiness to work to support US teams in the Pacific through Eastern time zones
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Support is a plus
  • Working experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred
