About the role
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 Account Executives focused on enterprise and strategic accounts. Own all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, training, motivating, and holding AEs accountable for activity metrics, KPIs, and quota achievement. Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization. Champion and enforce Challenger Sales methodology while driving adoption of MEDDICC/MEDDPICC to improve qualification, forecasting accuracy, and deal discipline. Ensure sales process consistency, pipeline quality, and accurate forecasting within Salesforce. Partner with Enablement and RevOps to deliver impactful training, playbooks, and process improvements. Work closely with the VP of Sales to translate strategic objectives into actionable sales plans. Collaborate cross-functionally (Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Operations) to maximize customer lifetime value, improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase contract values. Drive initiatives to reduce CAC, expand LTV, and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Manage sales performance reporting and data-driven decision making using Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom, Tableau, and Google Workspace. Partner with RevOps to enhance forecasting, territory planning, and sales analytics. Contribute to the evolution of internal processes and best practices to scale efficiently in a fast-growth environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise/strategic B2B sales with 3+ years in a sales management or director role. Proven track record of leading senior AE teams to exceed quota in a SaaS or technology environment. Strong preference for candidates with construction technology, proptech, or related industry experience. Start-up or high-growth company experience highly desirable. Deep knowledge and application of Challenger Sales and MEDDICC/MEDDPICC frameworks. Strong grasp of sales technology stack: Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom, Tableau, and Google Suite. Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic contribution.
