About the role

  • Own and drive the key components of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and multi‑scenario modeling, including framing assumptions, trade‑offs, and recommendations for senior leadership decision‑making.
  • Lead the financial narrative for executive leadership, including preparation of materials and insights for Executive Leadership Team and Board‑level reporting, as required.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting package creation and accuracy.
  • Act as the primary FP&A partner to senior functional leaders, influencing strategic and operational decisions through data‑driven insights and financial expertise.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to deliver accurate and timely financial recommendations to senior management.
  • Define, own, and evolve key performance indicators and performance management frameworks, proactively identifying trends, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, including setting analytical standards, reviewing outputs, and scaling team capabilities to meet business needs.
  • Identify and drive improvements, including the creation of reports, tools, and models.
  • Other duties and ad hoc reporting as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, or private equity‑backed environments.
  • Tools: Experience in building, owning and scaling FP&A systems and infrastructure
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required

  • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills to C-suite level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, complex analyses and synthesize recommendations for senior executives.
  • Proven experience owning end‑to‑end FP&A processes with limited oversight.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.
  • Ability to approach requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen to, understand requests, needs, and deliver actionable analysis.
  • Experience managing a team of 2-3+ analysts in delivering accurate and timely work products.
  • Player-Coach mentality, willingness to be hands-on-keyboard and to talk strategy when needed.
  • Serve as a delegate and proxy for Senior Finance leadership in meetings, reviews, and cross-functional forums as needed.
