About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding the needs and eligibility of prospect companies.
  • Prospect and pursue net new business by building & managing a strong pipeline for an aggressive GTM strategy.
  • Sell customized workforce solutions that are aligned with a company's seasonal cycles and long-term needs.
  • Maximize net new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting.
  • Monitor market trends and conditions as well as proactively follow competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience as an individual contributor with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota attainment.
  • Experience engaging with prospects within agriculture, landscaping, nurseries, hospitality or any industries that have a high dependency on seasonal labor is highly desirable.
  • Experience and/or understanding of H2A or H2B workforce solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in sales technology stack including CRM (Salesforce preferred), sales intelligence tools and sales communication platforms (Gong preferred).
  • Systematic approach to pipeline generation and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a strong process rigor with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • A scrappy self-starter that is comfortable working in a dynamic and mission driven culture.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
