About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the accountable owner for TRAC’s project outcomes
- Maintain a deep understanding of project objectives
- Identify risks and dependencies across internal teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across TRAC’s business units
- Provide transparent reporting that connects project progress to TRAC’s KPIs
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and documentation
- Evaluate project decisions through the lens of operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong understanding of intermodal operations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus
