About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with entering alpha/numeric information into the company database
Verify input data to ensure accuracy of completed work; scanning and editing for errors during processing
Work as a team member to think conceptually about ways to efficiently collect data and enhance the database to maximize results/outcomes
Gather documentation and research various databases
Create and distribute reports for various pool, field, and operational activities
Continue to identify and correct system issues and develop process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred, but not required
2 years experience in transportation or similar role preferred
Ability to learn and adapt to in-house software systems
Ability to function effectively in a dynamic working environment
Ability to identify problems, process resolution and implement timely action or solution
Ability to meet deadlines; prioritize workloads and handle multiple tasks
Ability to perform data entry type functions
