About the role
- Entry-level, client-facing Sales Development role aiming to scale Traba and unlock new revenue opportunities
- Research and identify potential clients and understand their business needs
- Engage prospects via cold calling, emails, and social media, introducing them to Traba’s solutions
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or presentations
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Opportunity to promote into a leadership role or move cross-functionally over time
Requirements

- Willing to spend at least a year in sales
- Comfortable in a client-facing position
- Must be in NYC or willing to move to NYC and work in-person 5x a week
