About the role
- Lead on key projects such as the rollout of Trócaire’s Risk Management Framework.
- Strengthen business continuity practices.
- Provide vital support to governance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory, governance and donor requirements.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation in a supportive and collaborative team.
- Help ensure Trócaire continues to deliver its mission of tackling poverty and injustice around the world.
Requirements
- Strong experience in governance, risk, compliance or project management, ideally with at least three years in a similar role.
- Comfortable leading projects, producing clear documentation, and supporting effective governance processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to work with colleagues across different teams and cultures.
- Ability to deliver training or facilitate workshops will be an advantage.
- Relevant qualification in business, risk, governance or international development (or equivalent experience) will also be very beneficial.
